Applications to the MS in Clinical Psychology, ABA-Track program are reviewed once per year for fall admission. Although applications may be submitted at any time, only those completed by February 1 will be considered for admission in the upcoming cycle. Paper applications will not be accepted, and incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
Following February 1, the admissions committee will review all completed applications. Selected applicants may be invited to participate in a Zoom interview as part of the evaluation process. Final admissions decisions will be communicated to all applicants by mid-April.
There are four possible admissions outcomes:
- Admitted 鈥 The applicant has met all admissions requirements and is selected for admission to the program. An Intent to Enroll form will be included with the admission notice, and applicants must return it by the deadline specified in the letter to confirm their seat in the program.
- Admitted with Provisions 鈥 Applicants who show potential for success but have not yet met all prerequisite requirements may be granted provisional admission. For example, an applicant still completing their undergraduate degree or missing prerequisite coursework may be admitted with the condition that outstanding requirements are met by a specified deadline. Failure to meet these provisions may result in removal from graduate degree-seeking status. Provisionally admitted applicants must also submit an Intent to Enroll form by the specified deadline.
- Waitlisted for Admission 鈥 If the number of qualified applicants exceeds the available space, some applicants may be placed on a waitlist. If spots become available before May 1, waitlisted applicants may be offered admission. If no space becomes available, they must reapply for consideration in subsequent years.
- Denied Admission 鈥 If an applicant does not meet the admissions criteria or space is unavailable, they may be denied admission. Applicants who are not admitted may reapply in future admission cycles.
- Can I apply if I hold a visa?
快盈v3鈥檚 Department of Psychology cannot accept applications for admission from visa holders that would require the sponsorship of the 快盈v3.
