In Decemeber 2022, co-author Jill Flanders Crosby traveled to Cuba to officially launch the book . She, along with co-investigator Melba N眉帽ez Isalbe presented a copy of the book at Fundaci贸n Fernando Ortiz in Havana. Both Flanders Crosby and N眉帽ez also traveled to their fields sites of Perico and Agramonte, Matanzas Province to present copies of the book to all the important religious houses, and to Perico's El Museo Municipal de Perico Constantino Barredo Guerra (The Perico Municipal Museum Constantino Barredo Guerra).
